This policy explains how we process, pack, and ship your orders from Baba Pharmaceuticals, and what to expect once your order is placed.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
We currently ship across India. If you are located outside our standard delivery network, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, though metro areas are often faster. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, regional restrictions, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We offer free shipping once your order crosses the minimum order value shown in your cart.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress. If you do not receive tracking details within the expected processing window, please contact us.
All products are carefully sealed and packed to prevent damage or tampering during transit. If a package arrives with visible damage or a broken seal, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability at the delivery location, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
