Our products are classical Ayurvedic formulations manufactured under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification. Product descriptions on this website refer to traditional uses as described in classical Ayurvedic texts and are provided for informational purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Please consult a qualified Ayurvedic physician or your doctor before starting any new formulation, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking other medication, or have an existing medical condition. Some formulations described on this site are classical Rasashastra (mineral-based) preparations and must be used strictly under professional supervision, as noted on the relevant product pages.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In or an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full payment card or banking details on our servers.
Delivery timelines provided on our website or at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, logistics disruptions, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Due to the nature of health and consumable products, we are only able to accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. We do not accept returns of opened or used products for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Only customers who have purchased a product may submit a review for it. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine use of the product, and must not contain offensive, misleading, or promotional content unrelated to the product. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these standards.
